      At Urban Living Home, we take care to prepare every order before it begins its journey to your home. Many of our home, garden, and seasonal decor pieces feature delicate details and unique shapes, so each order is carefully checked and securely packaged to help ensure it arrives in great condition.

      Order Processing & Preparation Time

      Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment.

      Order Preparation Time: 1–3 Business Days

      We review your order details, selected items, and shipping information to make sure everything is correct.

      Prepare & Securely Package Your Item
      Each item is carefully prepared and packed with protective materials suitable for its shape, size, and design.

      Complete a Final Quality Check
      Before shipment, we check your order to help ensure the correct item is included and properly packaged.

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

      Estimated Delivery Time After Shipment: 10–15 Business Days

      Order Processing Time:

      After you finish your transaction, it usually takes 48 hours for your item to be processed for stocking and shipment. Following that, you will receive an email with a Shipping Confirmation and your tracking number. To track your delivery, simply click on the link provided, and the tracking number will show on the shipping carrier's system in 5-7 working days.

      If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

      Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

      Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

      • IR Disputes/Strikes
      • Weather
      • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
      • Large or Bulky Items
      • Shipping Provider Error

      If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.

      Shipping Guarantee:

      To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than 30 days to arrive at your destination.

      Risk-Free Shopping:

      If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!

      International Delivery:

      We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.

      NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.

      Wrong Address Disclaimer:

      It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

      If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

      If the order arrives at your country and...

      • The customer refuses to accept the package
      • Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

      We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

      All orders are shipped via standard sea freight methods unless Express Shipping is selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and chosen shipping method.
